Yes. TS-X always goes first. TS-Y builds on top of it. If you switch the order the system does not work as intended.
Yes. Both need to be applied in the order set for the system to work the way it was built to.

We do not recommend it. The Substance is a complete system on its own. Adding another fragrance on top means you will not get the scent we have specifically formulated for you.
