RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns are only accepted if the product is received defected or broken. You must send us proof (photos or videos) on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the box or products are broken by the mistake of the customer, the return will not be applicable. Our team will review the case within 2-3 business days. If the issue is validated, we will proceed with the return and refund process and provide further instructions.
